These terms are an agreement between you and Drop Group, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company that runs Beef Share Finder ("we," "us"). They cover your use of beefsharefinder.pages.dev (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them.

1. What the Site is

Beef Share Finder is a free directory and guide to farms that sell beef shares (quarter, half or whole animals) directly to consumers.

We are not the seller. We don't sell, process, store, deliver or inspect beef or livestock, and we're not a party to any sale between you and a farm.
We aren't a broker or agent for any farm or buyer, and we don't take payments or deposits for farms.

2. Listings are information, not guarantees

Listing details come from each farm's own public website on the date shown: share sizes, prices, price basis, deposits, processors, pickup and delivery. They can change at any time.
We don't verify a farm's licenses, inspections, food safety practices, animal-raising claims (such as "grass-fed" or "organic") or business standing.
Always confirm the details directly with the farm before you pay a deposit.
Before you buy, ask the farm how the animal will be processed. Custom-exempt processing is for the owner's household only and is labeled "Not for Sale." USDA-inspected processing allows retail sale. Our guides explain the difference. Federal rule: 9 CFR 303.1.

3. No professional advice

Our guides are general information. They aren't legal, food safety, nutrition, medical or financial advice.

4. Farms

Listed farms can ask us to correct or remove a listing at any time: email dropgroupllc@gmail.com.
Listing a farm doesn't mean we endorse it. We don't rate farms.

5. Featured listings and other paid placements

Some farms may pay for a featured placement. Featured or sponsored listings are clearly labeled "Featured (paid)." No listing is featured or paid today.
Payment doesn't change the facts we show about a farm, and it doesn't mean we recommend that farm over others.
If we ever earn a commission or other benefit from a link, we'll label that too.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the Site in bulk, interfere with its operation, or use it to send spam or harass farms.

7. Our content

The Site's text, guides, design and compilation belong to Drop Group, LLC or our licensors (see our Credits page for photos). Farm names and trademarks belong to their owners. You may link to any page.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, DROP GROUP, LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM A TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND A FARM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
Michigan law governs these terms, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.
